Spinach and Kiwi Soup


Another soup for my event. The soup is very colourful and bit sour in taste. Just try...you'l like it...

Ingredients:

1. Spinach - 1 Cup (Chopped)
2. Kiwi - 1/4 Cup (Chopped)
3. Garlic - 1 Clove (Chopped)
4. Butter - 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
5. Milk - 1/2 Cup (Boiled & Cooled)
6. Salt - Needed qty
7. Pepper - 1 tsp


Procedure:

1. Fry garlic in 1/2 tsp of butter. Now, add spinach and kiwi. Mix well.
2. Add little qty of water and salt. Cook spinach till soft.
3. Cool and then process to a fine paste.
4. Add cooled mil. Heat once again before serving.
5. Garnish with butter and pepper.
