Vendakkai Mor Kuzhambu and Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda

Today, I have two recipes to share with you which I tried from Raaga, who is one of the best foodie bloggers. Yesterday, I was going through Raaga's blog and it was a very great challenge for me to select the recipes. I wanted to make every dish I saw in her blog!! Finally, I had to fix on two dishes, which were almost similar to each other although those dishes were from different cuisine. One is the South Indian "Vendakkai Mor Kuzhambu" and another is "Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda". I make Mor kuzhambu often, but her version of Mor Kuzhambu was different from mine and so, I selected that. I've not changed anything in the recipe except that just to make it bit more spicy and colourful, I added 1/4 tsp chilli powder and extra 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder. Get her recipe here. The recipe is very simple and easy.

The another dish I tried out is "Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda". I just followed her recipe and didn't make any changes to the original. Go here for her recipe.

Both these recipes goes to Divya's "Tried and Tasted - March Edition". The event was started by "Zlamushka".
