Thepla is a Gujarathi dish which can be preserved for about a week. Teplas are best for long train travels.
Ingredients :
1. Wheat flour - 1 Cup
2. Besan flour - 1/4 Cup
3. Oil - 1 tbs
4. Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
4. Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
5. Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
6. Methi leaves - 1 Cup (Fresh and finely chopped)
7. Curd - 1/4 Cup
8. Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
9. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
10. Salt - Needed Qty

Procedure :
1. Combine all the ingredients with little water.
2. Knead to a soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
3. Roll out in to round discs like chapathi.
4. Cook on both sides with little oil on a hot dosa pan.
