This is the season for Mangoes and I have tasted many varieties this time. Instead of eating it as such, I love to have it as Milkshake, Kheer, Fruit Salad, Fruit custard and even in Kuzhambu. Today, I have Mango popsicles recipe for Mango lovers. This freezed treat is definetly a Kids favourite.
During our schooldays, we used to enjoy these Popsicle sold in a local icecream shops. Later, after wedding my MIL used to prepare Mango ice cream and Mango Popsicle during every Summer. I learnt the recipe from her. She is not with us for last 3 Mango Seasons but she lives in our memory forever. This post is dedicated to her.
Ingredients :
1. Ripe Mango - 1 Medium (Peeled and chopped)
2. Whole Milk - 1.5 Cup (Boiled and cooled to room temperature)
3. Condensed Milk - 1 tbs
4. Sugar - 2 tbs or Adjust to your taste.
Procedure :
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender jar.
2. Blend till all the ingredients are combined well.
3. Pour in popsicle moulds.
4. Freeze for about 6 hours or till popsicles are firm.
