Won Aachi Masala's "Kitchen Rani'

Aachi Masala and Aval Vikatan (A popular Tamil fortnightly) hosted a contest for new and innovative recipes using Aachi Masala Products. The event is named as "Magudam Sooda Vaa". The event is a ongoing one and this issue (26-2-2013) carried my recipe "Pink Paneer Balls" which bagged me "Aachi Kitchen Rani" award and a gift pack from Aachi Masala. Thanks to Aval Vikatan and Aachi Masala Team. A special thanks to Aathirai Venugopal, who tried and selected the recipe.
