Broccoli, Cauliflower and Capsicum Curry

Ingredient :

1. Broccoli - 1 Cup (Cut in to small florets)
2. Cauliflower - 1 Cup (Cut in to small florets)
3. Capsicum - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
4. Onion - 1/4 Cup (Finely Chopped)
5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
7. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
8. Mustard - 1 tsp
9. Salt - Needed Qty
10. Oil - 1/2 tbs






Procedure :

1. Boil water in a vessel. Add little salt. Put Cauliflower and broccoli. Close with lid and le it stand for 10 minutes.
2. Now, drain water and keep broccoli and cauliflower aside.
3. In a pan, heat oil. Splutter mustard.
4. Add onion and capsicum. Saute till onion turns transparent.
5. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix them all together.
6. Then add, boiled cauliflower and broccoli. Mix well.
7. Cover the pan with a lid. Medium the flame.
8. Cook for another 20 minutes. Mix the contents inbetween.
9. Serve hot with any Indian Bread or rice.
