Easy Potato Curry



Ingredients :

1.Potato - 2
2.Sambar Thool - 11/2 tsp
3.Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
4.Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
5.Salt - Needed qty
6.Oil - 1 tbs
7.Mustard - 1 tsp
8.Curry leaf - Small qty

Procedure :

1.Wash, peel and cut potatoes in to small pieces.

2.In a pan, add oil and heat it.

3.Add mustard and once it is popped, add the cut potatoes.

4.Now, add sambar thool,chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

5.Mix well.

6.Keep the stove in medium heat and cover the pan with lid.

7.Cook for about 20 minutes in medium heat with occasional stirring.

8.Once the cooking is done,garnish with curry leaf.

9.This curry goes good with chappathi and rice.
