Simple Tomato & Onion Chutney

This is a simple and delicious chutney that goes good with dosa, idly and chapathi.

Ingredients :

1. Tomato - 2 (Small sized)
2. Onion - 1
3. Red Chilly - 3 or adjust to your taste
4. Salt - Needed Qty
5. Mustard - 1/2 tsp
6. Curry Leaves - A few
7. Oil - Little Qty



Procedure :

1. Take oil in a pan. Add onion, tomato and red chilly.

2. Saute well. Switch off the stove. Let the contents cool.

3. In a small mixer container, grind the ingredients along with salt.

4. Season with mustard and curry leaves.

5. Serve with dosa and idly.

I love eating all these various chutneys in South Indian restaurants. Wish I could store them fresh longer at home instead of freezing!
