Ingredients :
1. Noodles - 1 pack
2. Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
3. Ginger - 1" Inch piece (Finely Chopped)
4. Garlic - 4 cloves (Finely Chopped)
5. Coriander leaves - 1 tbs (Finely Chopped)
6. Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
7. Mixed Vegetable - 1 Cup
8. Pepper - 1 tsp
9. Salt - Needed Qty
10. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp

Procedure :
1. Cook noodles and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and onion. Saute till onion turns golden brown.
3. Now, add vegetable, soy sauce, tomato sauce and pepper. Mix the ingredients together and half cook the vegetables on medium flame.
4. Then, add noodles, mix well.
5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with tomato sauce.
