Ginger Tea

Ginger tea is the best remedy for common cold. My husband always ask for this ginger tea, whenever he suffers from sore throat and cold. Apart from curing cold, it helps for indigestion and nausea. Along with ginger and tea, honey and lemon juice are also used in this. This is suitable for both adults and kids.





Ginger and Honey :

When ginger and honey mixed together they give immediate relief from cough, sore throat and running nose.

Lemon Juice :

This helps to treat disorders of the throat. It is possible to prevent common cold at the first sign, when the affected person drinks sugarless warm lemonade.

Tea :
Tea boosts up the immune system.

Ingredients :

1. Water - 1 Cup
2. Tea - 1/4 tsp
3. Ginger - 1 inch piece ( Cut in to pieces)
4. Honey - 3 tsp
5. Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Procedure :

1. Boil water along with tea and ginger.

2. Filter and then add honey and lemon juice. Mix well.

3. Drink hot.

Dosage : Once at the onset of cold symptoms. If symptom persist, have once or twice.
