Kiwi, Apple & Raisin Chutney

The taste of the chutney is both sweet and sour. Just to balance the taste of kiwi, I added raisin and apple. The chutney got very nice aroma and taste.

Ingredients :

1. Kiwi - 1 (Chopped)
2. Apple - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
3. Raisin - 1/4 Cup
4. Ginger - 1 Inch piece (Grated)
5. Sugar - 4 tsp
6. Salt - 1/2 tsp or more
7. Coriander Powder (or) dry roasted seeds - 1/2 tsp
8. Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp (Optional)
10. Oil - 1 tsp
11. Cumin - 1/2 tsp

Procedure :

1. Cook all the ingredients except oil and cumin along with 1/4 cup of water.

2. Once cooking is done, heat 1 tsp oil, temper cumin.

3. Add the cumin to the chutney.
