Turmeric - Ginger milk is good for common cold. This is suitable for adults as well kids. I normally make this milk with ginger roots. If you want, you can use dried ginger powder.
Ingredients :
1. Milk - 1 Cup
2. Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
3. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Ginger - 1 inch piece
5. Sugar - 1.5 tsp or adjust to your taste
Procedure :
1. Add all the ingredients to milk.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Once the milk is boiled, filter and drink hot.
Dosage : Once or twice on the onset of cold symptoms.
