Vegetable Pakoda

This is a quick and easy tea time snack.

Ingredients : 

1. Besan - 1 Cup
2. Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
3. Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
4. Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped Finely)
5. Carrot - 1 (Grated)
6. Onion - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
7. Cabbage - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
8. Bell Pepper - 1/2 (Chopped)
9. Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
10. Salt - Needed qty
11. Oil - For frying




Procedure :

1. Combine besan, cumin ajwain, red chilly powder and salt.

2. Add the vegetables and 1/4 cup of water.Mix the ingredients thoroughly so that besan coats the vegetables.

4. Springle a little water if needed.

5. Heat oil and deep fry the pakodas. 

6. Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato sauce.

We also made on the same way, but our pakoda shape little different. Liked yours. Very crisp and delicious.
