Chapathi Veg Roll

This is a healthy breakfast / dinner dish. This is best suitable for kids lunch box. All that you need is chapathi and any veg curry. Here, I used Beetroot Poriyal. This type of veg rolls are easy to prepare and they are healthy too. 

Ingredients :

1. Chapathi (Freshly prepared or Frozen) - 4
3. Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
4. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Procedure :

1. In a pan, combine Beetroot poriyal, garam masala and chaat masala. Keep in medium flame for few minutes. Switch off the stove.

2. Place one tablespoonful of beetroot poriyal in a warm chapathi. 

3. Roll it and serve.

Note :

You can use the veg curry as such. It is not necessary to add any masala.

Time Taken for Preparation : 5 Minutes (If you have already prepared the veg curry and frozen chapathi in hand)
Serves : 2
